A professional perspective on Israel’s relations with the world is given by specialists with expertise in the fields of international associations, economics etc. This panel will tackle the issues surrounding Israel’s dealings in the world today.
Confirmed Panellists:
Robin Shepherd, Senior Fellow at Chatham House, author and expert in European & Russian attitudes to Israel; formerly the Times Moscow bureau chief and contributes to the Times, the Washington Post, the Spectator, the New Statesman, the Chicago Tribune, BBC World Service and CNN.
Lior Herman, Hebrew University lecturer in European Political Economy and EU-Israel relations, former senior official at Israeli Ministry of Finance who was involved in policy making and negotiations. Had a lead role in negotiating Israel’s economic and trade chapter in the European Neighbourhood Policy.
Dr Rory Miller, Senior lecturer at Kings College London, expert in Israel’s relationship with the US.
