M.Sc. in Viticulture and Oenology
The Robert H. Smith Faculty of Agriculture, Food and Environment is pleased to announce that the new international master's programme in Viticulture and Oenology will soon be opening.
The M.Sc. in Viticulture and Oenology aims to train highly skilled professionals from Israel and abroad in the science and art of wine production. It will focus on in-depth training in the basic science and understanding of all the biological and chemical processes related to wine making and includes both theoretical and academic studies and their practical application during a period of internship.
The programme will be held at the Faculty of Agriculture, Food and Environment in Rehovot through its international Division of International Studies.
To be eligible for the program, candidates must have a B.Sc. degree from a recognized institution of studies in a related subject, such as biology, chemistry, agriculture or life sciences.
Candidates for whom English is not their native language, a high level of proficiency in all English skills is required: at least 89 on the computerized TOEFL scale or documentation of previous academic studies conducted in English.
