
Professor Tomer Broude is the Dean of the faculty of Law and Bessie and Michael Greenblatt QC Chair in Public and International Law at the Hebrew University of Jerusalem Faculty of Law and Department of International Relations, where he has served as Academic Director of the Minerva Center for Human Rights
His Doctoral Degree is from the University of Toronto Faculty of Law. He specializes in public international law and international economic law, particularly international trade and investment, human rights, dispute settlement, development and cultural diversity, and the behavioral economics of international law.
