Prof. Shirli Werner is a lecturer at the Paul Baerwald School of Social Work and Social Welfare at the Hebrew University of Jerusalem. Her main interest areas are in the field of intellectual disabilities and the dual diagnosis of intellectual and psychiatric disabilities.
