Lord Pannick KC is a practicing barrister at Blackstone Chambers, a Crossbench Peer in the House of Lords and a Fellow of All Souls College, Oxford. He specialises in constitutional and administrative law and in appellate advocacy.

Prof Raphael Cohen-Almagor received his D.Phil. in political theory from Oxford University in 1991, and his B.A. and M.A. from Tel Aviv University (both magna cum laude).

He is currently serving as the Professor and Chair in Politics at the University of Hull, where he has held this position since 2008. He is also the President of The Association for Israel Studies and has been involved in various academic roles, including visiting professorships at prestigious institutions like UCLA and Johns Hopkins University.

Professor Tomer Broude is the Dean of the faculty of Law and Bessie and Michael Greenblatt QC Chair in Public and International Law at the Hebrew University of Jerusalem Faculty of Law and Department of International Relations, where he has served as Academic Director of the Minerva Center for Human Rights
His Doctoral Degree is from the University of Toronto Faculty of Law. He specializes in public international law and international economic law, particularly international trade and investment, human rights, dispute settlement, development and cultural diversity, and the behavioral economics of international law.

Professor Dotan received his LL.M from the University of California at Berkeley Law School and his Ph.D. from the Hebrew University. He conducted a doctoral training at the University of Paris I and completed his post-doctoral studies at Worcester College, Oxford.

Edwin A. Goodman Professor for Public Law and former Dean at the Faculty of Law at the Hebrew University of Jerusalem.
His research interests are administrative law, comparative public law, judicial review, regulation, the study of government lawyers, and law and society.
