Is the International Rule of Law in an Existential Crisis?
International Law is facing a profound crisis - arguably the most severe since the end of the Cold War. Foundational principles are rapidly eroding, International institutions appear increasingly ineffective, and key constituencies are turning away from the International legal order altogether. This talk examines how International Law has reached this critical juncture and explores possible pathways forward.
Refreshments and registration from 6.30 to 7.15 p.m. followed by talk and Q & A
There will be no Appeal
